Forest County Health officials have confirmed a fourth person has died of complications surrounding novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in Forest County. We are extremely saddened to report this loss and would like to extend our deepest sympathies to all of the individual’s loved ones.  

To date, 50 people in Forest County and 40,507 people across the state of Wisconsin have been diagnosed with COVID-19. There have been a total of 4 deaths in Forest County and 833 deaths in Wisconsin.

The Forest County Health Department continues to closely monitor this outbreak and are working hard to protect the county and our community members. We will continue to focus on keeping everyone safe by responding to and following up with COVID-19 cases and contact tracing, along with keeping the community up-to-date on current information.
